Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard ("Manage billing"). Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Because access to the question bank and mock exams is delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.

As a goodwill gesture, if you contact us within 7 days of your first payment and have made only minimal use of premium features, we will consider a full refund of that first payment at our discretion.

Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — you can see that date on your dashboard.

If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.

Email support@resprep.sg from the address on your account, with the date of payment. We aim to respond within a few business days.
